For more than two decades, Richard Pond has had a disgraceful track record of violence, alcohol abuse, and financial irresponsibility. As a habitual ‘deadbeat dad’
and as an abuser of women, Rick Pond has danced a fine line between that of a law enforcement and correction officer, and those who they arrest and incarcerate.
It is the intent of this biographical chronology of the life of Richard Pond, to expose the true facts about this previously unknown character, and to assist
